Roles, seats, and app access

Accred Hub assigns four roles: Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. Hub no longer assigns the older Manager role and treats anyone who still has it as a Member. Every active member gets Assess, and every role except Viewer gets Manage, with no seat. Connect and Migrate open for every member once an Owner or Admin turns them on; Migrate charges per migrated object. Consult is turned on for the organization and assigned person by person as paid seats.

Trials
Turning on Consult starts a 30-day free trial with up to 25 seats and no card, as soon as an Owner or Admin turns the app on. Each organization gets one trial. Migrate has no trial: it is free to turn on and charges only per migrated object. If the trial ends before a plan is active, the app pauses and your data stays. Pay by card in Hub up to the card limit; above it, or to pay by invoice, request a quote in Hub.
Invitations
Owners invite members from People in Hub. Hub emails the invitation from no-reply@hub.accredconsulting.com, and the Owner can also copy a shareable invite link. The person opens the link and signs in to Hub to join the organization.
Audit log
Hub records administrative changes as plain sentences: who changed what, and when. Filter it by type, app, and person.
Opening an app
Hub checks organization membership and the app’s access rule, then opens the app with single sign-on. Every app’s top bar shows Hub and your organization’s apps as tabs, and the All apps menu lists every Accred app; an app you cannot open stays listed with the reason.
Questions
Which Accred apps need a paid seat?
Only Accred Consult. Hub, Assess, Manage, Migrate, and Connect need no seat. Migrate charges per migrated object instead.
Can a Viewer open Accred Manage?
No. Every role except Viewer can open Manage.
How do I invite someone to my Accred organization?
Owners invite people from People in Hub. Hub emails the invitation from no-reply@hub.accredconsulting.com, and Owners can also copy an invite link to share.
