Yes. Hub and the Connect preview are free with no seat limit, Manage is free for every role except Viewer, and Assess is free to start (the expanded assessment is $99 one-time per organization). License and Fleet are included with every organization, with no price yet, and Accred Aware is free during its preview. Consult includes a 30-day free trial with up to 10 seats. It starts as soon as an Owner or Admin turns the app on in Hub, and each organization gets one trial. Migrate needs no trial: it has no seats and is free to turn on, and you pay only per migrated object. Accred Protect has its own 30-day free trial with up to 10 protected users, and Accred Devices one with up to 50 managed devices, both with no card.

Only people you assign to Accred Consult. Everyone else in your organization uses Hub, the Connect preview, License, and Fleet at no charge, Manage and the Aware preview are free for every role except Viewer, and Assess needs no seat. Accred Migrate has no seats: every member can open it, and you pay per migrated object. Accred Protect is billed per protected user and Accred Devices per managed device; neither needs a seat for the people who open it.

Migrate has no seats, plan, or trial. An Owner or Admin turns it on in Hub at no charge, and every active member can open it with a role from their Hub role: Owners and Admins manage it, Members run migrations, and Viewers can view. Each object you migrate uses one license: $6 per migrated object, once, whether it is a mailbox, a OneDrive, or a SharePoint site, team, or Microsoft 365 group. A user's mailbox and OneDrive together are $12. Reruns, retries, and incremental passes reuse the same license. No data caps: one license covers an object whatever its size. Scans, prechecks, and validation never use a license. A license includes the self-serve migration in Accred Migrate and email support. Hands-on help, such as fixing site permissions, Teams remediation, or a site-by-site cutover, is quoted separately as Accred Consulting work. Programs above 500 objects get volume pricing.

Create your organization and turn on Consult to start the 30-day free trial. To keep using Consult, request a plan in Hub, before or after the trial ends. Migrate needs no plan: turn it on at no charge, then ask Accred for migration licenses. Accred confirms each request and sends an invoice, and you are not charged before that. If the Consult trial ends first, the app pauses and your data stays until its plan is active.

Per protected user: $2.50 per protected user per month, or $2.00 billed annually ($24.00 per user per year). No minimum. Hub covers 1 to 2,000 protected users; for more, talk to Accred. Storage is included, with a fair-use pooled average of 100 GB per protected user. The 30-day free trial covers up to 10 protected users with no card. An Owner or Admin starts it in Hub. When it ends without a plan, Protect pauses: your backups are kept, but no new backups run until a plan starts. Protect backs up Exchange Online mail and OneDrive; SharePoint and Teams are not covered yet.

Per managed device: $1.50 per managed device per month, or $1.20 billed annually ($14.40 per device per year). No minimum. Hub covers 1 to 2,000 devices; for more, talk to Accred. The 30-day free trial covers up to 50 managed devices with no card. An Owner or Admin starts it in Hub. Devices reads the Intune data a client tenant already has, so it runs on the client's own Intune license.

Accred Aware is included in Hub at no charge during the preview, for every Accred organization. When Hub billing for Aware opens, the planned price is $0.50 per user per month, or $0.40 billed annually ($4.80 per user per year), with no minimum. A user is a person targeted by at least one simulation in a connected client tenant in the last 12 months. Before Aware is charged for, Accred emails your organization's Owners and publishes the price on the Pricing page at least 30 days before the first charge. Each client tenant needs Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Plan 2, which is included in Microsoft 365 E5.

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on Consult seats: $144 per seat per year for an app's first 10 seats and $115.20 for seats 11 to 100.

Yes, any time in Hub. Monthly plans end at the end of the month. Annual plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of the first payment. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
