Microsoft 365 software for MSPs

Accred gives MSPs one sign-in, Accred Hub, to ten Microsoft 365 apps: client delivery and support (Consult), tenant-to-tenant migration (Migrate, early access), device enrollment (Connect, preview), AI governance readiness (Assess), and tenant administration (Manage). Hub and Connect are free, Manage is free for every role except Viewer, and Assess is free to start. License optimization (License) and a multi-tenant view (Fleet) are free in Hub, each with limits. Backup (Protect) is $2.50 per protected user per month, Intune device findings (Devices) are $1.50 per managed device per month, and phishing simulation reporting across client tenants, with Microsoft’s simulations launched from the same place (Aware), is $0.50 per reported user per month, all with no minimum.

What is not there yet

Accred Manage works on one tenant per organization and is not a multi-tenant MSP console yet. Fleet lists customer organizations but shows no health, GDAP status, or drift yet. Protect backs up only Exchange mail and OneDrive. License orders are simulated. Remote sessions in Connect are in development.

MSP jobs and the Accred app for each

What an MSP can run on Accred today

  • Accred Consult: keep each client’s projects, support tickets, portal, approvals, time, and billing on one client record, with alerts to your own Microsoft Teams channel.
  • Accred Migrate: plan tenant-to-tenant moves by client, wave, and workload. Its support matrix marks each item as tested live between Accred test tenants or tested with recorded data, and items still marked coming soon are not available for customer migrations.
  • Accred Assess: give a prospect or client a free, read-only AI governance readiness assessment as a first engagement.
  • Accred Manage: work findings and access reviews for a tenant with changes that end in a verified, pending, or failed result.
  • Accred Connect: enroll Windows devices into the right client and location and see their status and inventory.

How MSP staff get access

Everyone signs in once to Accred Hub, which checks organization membership and role before any app opens. Owners invite staff by email from Hub or with a shareable invite link. See roles, seats, and app access.

What it costs an MSP

Hub and Connect are free for every member, and Manage for every role except Viewer. Assess is free to start. Consult is paid per assigned seat. Migrate has no seats and uses one license per migrated object. For current prices and trials, see pricing.
